Nation Builders Academy Global University – Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

Nation Builders Academy Global University offers online educational programs and digital learning services. Because enrollment grants immediate access to program materials, online content, and administrative resources, all tuition payments are subject to the following refund and cancellation terms.

2. Refund Window

A student may request a refund within 48 hours of payment only if:

  1. The student has not accessed course materials,
  2. The student has not received certificates, documents, or program benefits, and
  3. The student submits the refund request in writing to the University via the official email address provided at enrollment.

Requests submitted after 48 hours are not eligible for a refund.

3. Ineligible Refund Situations

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  1. Refund request submitted after the 48-hour period
  2. Student has already received course access, materials, or onboarding documents
  3. Student fails to participate, attend, or complete coursework
  4. Student disputes the payment instead of contacting the University
  5. The institution has delivered services as described at the time of payment

Once access to course materials has been granted, the service is considered delivered, and the transaction becomes non-refundable according to these terms.

4. Cancellation of Enrollment

Students may cancel their enrollment after the refund period, but no financial reimbursement will be issued.
The cancellation will only remove future access; it does not reverse previous charges.

5. No Refund for Fraudulent or Unauthorized Claims

If a student files a chargeback or claims an “unrecognized” payment after receiving course access, the University will submit evidence to the payment processor confirming:

  • Proof of authorization
  • Delivery of services
  • Student’s acceptance of terms
  • Attempted communication
  • Course enrollment records

Refunds in such cases are evaluated only at the University’s discretion.

6. Agreement to Terms

By completing payment through our secure checkout, the student confirms that they:

  • Have reviewed and agree to this refund policy
  • Understand the refund window
  • Acknowledge that digital services begin immediately after payment
  • Accept responsibility for the transaction

These terms are displayed at the time of checkout and are legally binding upon submission.
