Dr. Datchanamoorthy Ramu is a globally recognized IT & Cybersecurity Specialist, Human Rights Advocate, and International Trainer with over a decade of experience in education, social work, and leadership. He has held senior positions including International Head for Cyber Safety & Training at the National Cyber Defence Research Centre, National General Secretary of the National Youth Council of India, and UNV V-Force Leader representing youth at global forums such as the UN, BRICS, and Commonwealth. An author and researcher, he has contributed to international dialogues on human rights and the Sustainable Development Goals. Honored with awards including the Karamaveer Chakra, International Human Rights Champion Award, and Guinness World Records, Dr. Ramu continues to empower the next generation of leaders as Founder of the Sustainable Development Council and International Youth Forum.
