Dr. Limatna Houssadi Arthur, PhD

A scholar and practitioner in international law, diplomacy, climate change, and humanitarian logistics, Dr. Limatna Houssadi Arthur holds a PhD in International Relations and Diplomacy from the Centre for Diplomatic and Strategic Studies (CEDS), Paris. He has led projects in renewable energy, governance, and humanitarian development, including serving as the Chadian Focal Point for the African Development Bank’s "Desert to Power" initiative. With teaching experience in international law and human rights, Dr. Limatna brings a wealth of expertise to Nation Builders Academy Global University, guiding students in diplomacy, policy-making, and global affairs.
