Dr. Limatna Houssadi Arthur is an accomplished scholar and practitioner with extensive expertise in international law, diplomacy, climate change, renewable energies, and humanitarian logistics.

He holds a PhD in International Relations and Diplomacy from the Centre for Diplomatic and Strategic Studies (CEDS) in Paris, complemented by advanced training in energy optimization and renewable energy integration from leading institutions across Europe.

Dr. Limatna's professional career spans over a decade of impactful contributions, including roles in academia, government, and international organizations. As a lecturer, he has taught courses in international law, environmental law, and human rights at prestigious institutions such as the University of La Francophonie in Chad and ENA-Chad.

His research and thought leadership have been showcased at high-profile global events, including multiple United Nations Climate Change Conferences (COPs), where he played key roles in climate justice and energy policy advocacy.

He has also served as the Chadian Focal Point for the African Development Bank's "Desert to Power" initiative, spearheading renewable energy projects aimed at electrifying the Sahel region and enhancing energy access for millions. His work includes designing national energy roadmaps, coordinating humanitarian projects, and advising on governance and policy frameworks.
