Dr. Mbatina Nodji Ndilengar, University Lecturer | Researcher | International Consultant

Dr. Mbatina Nodji Ndilengar is an experienced economist and policy expert specializing in economic development, governance, and financial inclusion.    

He holds a PhD in Governance and Regional Integration from Pan African University, focusing on financial inclusion and investment in low and middle-income countries.

With a Master's in Applied Economics and Economic Analysis from Cheikh Anta Diop University, 

Senegal, Dr. Ndilengar has worked across Africa, including in Chad, Senegal, Mali, and South Africa. He is currently an Associate Consultant at CREDI, where he works on projects in investment, strategy, and project management. He has also held leadership roles in programs like the International Climate Cooperation Program and Mission Inclusion in Chad.

Fluent in French, with advanced English and basic Arabic skills, Dr. Ndilengar has earned international certifications in areas such as Corporate Social Responsibility and Blockchain. 

As Head of the Economic Development & Governance Department at Nation Builders Academy Global University, he brings his expertise in policy analysis, financial inclusion, and sustainable development to educate and inspire future leaders.
