Falone Ngu Achi Justance is a child rights advocate, mentor, and operations leader with over six years of experience in youth empowerment, education, and social impact. She has held senior roles including Project Manager at CAMFAIR, Head of Operations & Employee Trainer at CHIDEX Group, and Founder of the Falone Foundation, leading programs that have reached thousands of children and youth. A mentor for the Tony Elumelu Foundation and consultant for Swisslink University Institute, she supports early-stage social enterprises and educational initiatives through operational guidance, capacity building, and project mentorship. Her work has been recognized with prestigious awards including the Cameroon Youth Award (Education, 2025), Young Social Entrepreneur of the Year, and Community Impact Award. Through her leadership, mentorship, and advocacy, she continues to empower the next generation of changemakers to drive social impact, inclusive education, and community development.
