Hiroua Goare Bienvenu, recipient of the President’s Volunteer Service Award (Gold Medal-USA ) presented by President Joe Biden at the White House, is the CEO/Founder of Nation Builders Academy-Global University. 

With over 10 years of professional experience, he leads the university in championing an innovative learning approach, blending 70% practical and 30% theoretical instruction to prepare future leaders for global challenges.

As the Founder of Forlamy Dreams Association, a Peace Ambassador for the International Human Rights Commission (IHRC), and a dedicated American Red Cross volunteer, Hiroua is committed to advancing education, promoting peace, and advocating for human rights worldwide.

Hiroua’s academic achievements include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Conflict Resolution (University of Buea, Cameroon)

• Master’s Degree in Hospitality Management and Tourism (Business School Vatel, Tunis, Tunisia)

• Master’s Degree in International Trade and Investment Law in Africa (University of Dschang, Cameroon)

• Postgraduate Studies in Data Science and Business Analytics (University of Texas at Austin, USA)
